On November 24, the German government’s new Infection Protection Act came into force, a key component of which is that employers are obliged to offer employees the opportunity to carry out office work or comparable activities suitable for this purpose in their homes (remote work), provided that compelling operational reasons do not prevent this.
Remote, office or hybrid? We strongly believe that it’s the work results that matter. And in our experience, these are at least as good while working from home, if you consider the following factors:
