As a result of globalization 🌍, digitalization 💻 and other megatrends, market requirements, customer needs and the legal framework are changing. This forces companies to constantly adapt. To cope with these transformations, agile project management tools such as SCRUM, Kanban or Prince2 are increasingly used.
SAFe (Scaled agile Framework) combines the advantages of established frameworks and offers companies the possibility to create an agile overall system. In addition to these significant benefits, employee satisfaction is also increased through the application of SAFe, as employees are placed at the center as people and not resources. Employee satisfaction is located in the “New Work” megatrend, which was the central topic of conversation in our last Transformation Talk and will be taken up as a topic in the next posts.
