Wargitsch Transformation Engineers cultivate an open corporate culture that encourages independent working and decision-making. Therefore, further education and training are a central issue for us, which is documented in an annual training plan. New employees are quickly familiarized with all important topics and processes in onboarding and have contact persons for questions in unknown fields. The training is always on-the-job.
We are all distributed spatially and yet connected by modern tools & methods, mobile working and regular exchange, e.g. in regular online team meetings or in our monthly team meetings. Once a year we leave our offices behind us and spend the weekend on a joint team trip in the mountains or by the water.

Through open and honest interviews we want to get to know you as well as possible during the application process and at the same time we want to give you the chance to get an impression of what it means to be a Wargitsch Transformation Engineer. Our application procedure
1. Your application
In order to get a first impression of you, please send us your application documents. Ideally, these should include a cover letter explaining why you are interested in our company and why you could be a suitable team member for us. In addition, a curriculum vitae showing your professional background and experience, the tools and methods you have used so far and the career path you have taken. Certificates and/or references complete your documents. If the first impression is promising, we will invite you to a telephone interview.
2. The telephone interview
In a telephone interview (lasting about half an hour) we get to know each other a little better. Open questions can be clarified and the impression of whether we want to and are able to work together is strengthened. If this impression is still positive, you will be invited to a personal interview.
3. The personal interview
The interview usually takes place at our headquarter in Pfaffenhofen and is conducted by the CEO and the HR department. The aim of this interview is for both parties to gain a detailed picture of the other party and thus clarity about a possible cooperation. By default, you will receive our feedback from the interview in the following 2-3 working days.
We attach great importance to communicating quickly with you at every stage of the application process and not “holding you back”. As we said at the beginning, we don’t fill a position, but choose a person who fits into our team.
