We all work in different locations, but are still connected by modern tools and methods, mobile working and regular exchange: be it in online meetings or in our monthly team meetings. This is the only way to find out whether you are a good match, both personally and professionally.

1. STEP: YOUR APPLICATION

To get a first impression of you, simply send us your application documents. Ideally, this should include a cover letter explaining why you are interested in our company and why you could be a suitable team member for us. In addition, a CV that shows your professional background and experience, the tools and methods you have worked with and the career path you have followed so far. Finally, certificates and/or references round off your documents. If the first impression is right, we will invite you to a telephone/online interview.

2. STEP: THE ONLINE INTERVIEW

In an online interview lasting about half an hour, we get to know each other a little better.

Open questions can be clarified and the impression of whether we want to and can work together is consolidated.

If this impression is still positive, you will be invited to a personal interview.

3. STEP: THE INTERVIEW

The job interview usually takes place at our head office in Pfaffenhofen and is led by the CEO, the Head of HR, and the potential direct supervisor.

The aim of this interview is for both sides to gain a detailed picture of the other person and thus clarity about a possible cooperation. You will usually receive our feedback from the interview within the following 2-3 working days.
