Our Transformation Think Tank is an integral part of WARGITSCH TRANSFORMATION ENGINEERS. It is our platform and our resonance chamber to have an impact beyond our corporate boundaries and to exclude trends. The think tank helps us and others to “keep the saw sharpened” and to think our way to the next step and the one after that with distance from our daily business. We don’t do this alone, however, but with partners and clients. Through the Think Tank, we give back to society what we have learned. The Think Tank finds its physical manifestation in our appealing multi-space rooms in Pfaffenhofen a.d. Ilm.

Plattform & Resonance Space

To be a platform for the exchange of knowledge between consultancy, research and business and to offer a resonance chamber to make ideas and thoughts resound. That is the goal we are pursuing with the Transformation Think Tank. To this end, we develop event formats, hold intensive discussions in pairs and small groups, and work on publications so that thoughts do not get lost.

Laying down fleeting ideas, working on them until they gain substance and format. Try things out in a protected space, develop products, lead them to success or let them fail in a relaxed way. Testing on a small scale that which is to become big is an important function of our Transformation Think Tank.

Advisory Council

Maximum “brain food” for the Transformation Think Tank: the concentrated power of our advisory board, composed of personalities from business, research & science and art & culture – with different professions, life paths and varied experience. A source of inspiration and energy, a sounding board for our work as transformation engineers, critics, encouragers and direction-givers. The Advisory Board meets several times a year. The meetings are highlights in our diaries.
