Dr. Christoph Wargitsch, CEO

In 2008, Dr. Christoph Wargitsch founded the company, together with Monika Lamby. He provides extensive experience and competence in the field of marketing, sales, service, CRM, trading/retail, IT strategy, IT management, IT organisation, interim management, program and project management and information/knowledge management in the automotive and IT-industries and trade. Moreover he has 20 years of leadership and project experience.

Dr. Wargitsch is also Managing Director of Wargitsch Asia Pacific Pte. Ltd. and mountain blick media GmbH.

Monika Lamby, Authorized Officer

Monika Lamby is co-founder of the company, and as an authorized officer she ensures efficient management processes.

Mrs. Lamby is also Managing Director of Wargitsch Asia Pacific Pte Ltd. in Singapore.

Jürgen Dillenberger, Associate Partner

For more than 30 years, Jürgen Dillenberger has been accompanying companies in the automotive and logistics industry as interim and program manager for complex, international IT projects and programs. Management and leadership experience as well as sovereignty in leading large operational units characterize him. Clients appreciate Mr. Dillenberger as an IT sourcing and outsourcing advisor as well as a consultant for digital transformation and process optimization in manufacturing, distribution and logistics. As Associate Partner of WARGITSCH & COMP. AG, he supports the management board both operationally in client projects as well as in sales and strategic topics.

For all services that we render for our clients, project management is the basic armamentarium and we apply this in high quality. In this context, we follow international standards provided by PMI(R), PRINCE2(R) and IPMA(R). We are capable of taking all relevant functions: consultant for project design, project manager, supporter in operational project management, project turnaround manager or project coach. We manage and accompany project across all phases: from the stage before a project is even born to the project closing, which is as successful as possible and is combined with a lessons learned session and a befitting project closing party.
