Transformation Engineering means for us to treat economic issues like an engineer – multidimensional, system-oriented, precise and complete. Like an engineer, we take into account the Law of System Completeness, which postulates that all components are present and that “if one component is missing, the technical system does not exist, if one component fails, the system does not ‘survive'”. In this way we ensure for you that no important aspect is forgotten, no interaction is overlooked and the resilience of the system is maintained.
To this end, we have developed a transformation engineering framework that includes all components of the system (people, organization, technology) and takes into account all phases of a transformation (Think, Design, Plan, Do). In this way, we can ensure that every transformation project is carried out methodically and purposefully.
