19 Apr +++ Business project in cooperation with Munich Business School +++

In September, we started a business project related to the topic of transformation in cooperation with MBS. The goal for the international students was to conduct a field study with senior managers and executives and to answer the following questions:

– What are the success factors and inhibiting factors of a successful transformation❓
– Do they depend on the type of transformation❓

The project team came across exciting results, which they shared last week at their final presentation 👩‍🏫 at our headquarters in Pfaffenhofen. Their findings will be published in the form of a white paper. Stay tuned! 👀
